GSSME Annual Meeting: October 2, 2011

The Annual Meeting of the General Membership will be held on October 2, 2011 at 2:00pm at 84 Harbor View Road in Sullivan, ME!  We will vote on a couple of by-laws changes (download GSSME_ByLaws_2011Proposed – PDF), and elect new members to the Board of Trustees.  We also will discuss the future of our Society, and what rehearsals, performances, and productions are planned.

This is a pot-luck and very fun and informal!  Please come, bring something yummy to share, bring a family member or friend who may be interested in joining us, and be prepared in case singing breaks out!!  Here is a map to the location: http://g.co/maps/q4q3h.  Please do not park in or alongside the driveway!  Please park along Harbor View Drive and walk to the house!

Hope to see you there!!

~~ Kim
